2. What is the difference
between Majordomo and the subscribable maillists? -
Top
- The Subscribable maillists are a very simple
to use way of building a e-mail list to make general announcements,
such as specials, price drops, or a monthly newsletter.
Majordomo is a highly interactive full featured program that allows
every one subscribed to the list to interact and post to the list. Its
fully designed to automate the management of Internet mailing lists.
Commands are sent to Majordomo via electronic mail to handle all aspects
of list maintenance. Once a list is set up, virtually all operations
can be performed remotely, requiring no intervention upon the postmaster
of the list site.

Telnet access. The standard gcc compiler is used.

time. If you are upgrading to an account with the same level of setup

fees than your current account, we only charge you the difference in
the setup fees.

domains in the sub-directories of your main account, you need the domain
redirection feature. The Webmaster Upgrade provides the ability to redirect
parked domains to sub directories. This CGI based tool is intended for
webmasters and web designers that maintain web sites for their clients,
providing for easier maintenance and information updates through one
login. We also provide a web interface so you can easily manage domains
pointing to subdirectories

- Our goal is to have new accounts set-up
within 24 hours from the time we receive your order. Under some circumstances,
it may take up to 72 hours. Once your account is setup, you will be
emailed your Account Login information (User ID, Password & FTP
hostname) along with some useful URLs to help you get started. You can
immediately start uploading files to your new web site. Domain account
users will be given a temporary URL to access their site via the web
prior to the completion of either domain registration or domain modification.

- 25. What is a virtual/true domain? -
Top
- A virtual/true domain is having your own
domain name (http://www.your-name.com) without having to install expensive
server hardware and software. With a virtual domain, you utilize our
server's storage space, however, you are still professionally represented
via your own personal Internet web address (www.your-name.com) and by
your own personal e-mail address (you@your-name.com). Having your own
domain name enables you to maintain the same e-mail address (you@your-name.com)
