• Wallaby Web accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

• Applicable setup fees and domain name registration fee for new domain names is required before your service is activated.
• All service is rendered on a prepayment basis. Accounts will be charged on the applicable anniversary of the original order date.
• 3 month prepayment option will receive a 5 % discount.
• Annual prepayment option will receive a 10 % discount.
• Discounts do not apply to domain registration, which are paid per year.
• All monetary transactions will occur in US dollars ($).

• In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the original order date, repayment shall be in the form of a credit to the credit card used to pay for the service of that account equal to the cost of the service and any purchased add-ons or upgrades not including setup fees.
• Setup fees and domain name registration fees are nonrefundable.
• 3 month and annual prepayment for hosting services and add-ons are nonrefundable.
• There are no refunds for an account that was terminated for policy violations.

• If we are unable to process a charge to your credit card within 7 days of your billing due date, your account will be disabled. If we are still unable to process the charge after 10 days, the account will be terminated and is subject to deletion.

• If your account has been disabled, there will be a $25.00 nonrefundable reactivation fee. The account will be reactivated after payment of the reactivation fee and any outstanding fees associated with the account.
• If your account was terminated and deleted, there will be a $50.00 fee for accessing tape backup.
• Accounts terminated for policy violations will not be reactivated.

Excess Traffic

• Our policy is to notify you if you are approaching your monthly traffic limit. It is not always possible to do this in times of greatly increased traffic. You can either pay for the overage at the rate of $15.00/GB for the month or prior to exceeding your allotment, you can upgrade to a higher amount. See the FAQ's for a rate schedule.

Ecommerce Licenses

• When you sign up for a Miva package, you are granted use of a license, not ownership. Carefully review all the features offered before choosing an ecommerce package, as you will not be allowed to alter your Miva package in the future.
